Truck pulls will be limited to first 20 per class to sign up.
As most of you are aware, we have had several increases in our expenses, including rent of the park and electrical updates and rates. Unfortunately we have had to increase some of our fees to help cover these if you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
► No campers before Monday before show
► First Come, First Serve!
► Fee for camping begins when campers arrive, not when you do!
► Campers must be at least 15 ft. apart side to side 10 ft. back
► All pets must be on a leash, cleaned up after, and walked only in back parking lot.
► All trash must be put in waste cans!!
► Quite time is 11:00p to 6:00a, please respect your neighbors!
► One vehicle only per camp site.
► All campers must back into site.
Click to get contract. Please read it in complete and carefully. Contract must be complete and returned with money by April 1st. Each contract will be reviewed and approved by the Executive Board. Contract is currently being updated to reflect rate changes.
Please do not send money until you've been approved by the executive board. Once approved you will be contacted.
Vendor Spaces are 25' X 25' and run $120 and then $3 per foot over that.
Food Vendors is $335
Parts Vendors is $60
Must also be a paid member to setup at the show for $15.
